Following a TUPE transfer and a successsul job interview, I started my role. Monitoring and carrying out appropriate interventions for clients depending on the needs identified via the digital triage and initial digital diagnostic systems. Where appropriate, I will conduct and/or review a business diagnostic with clients to to assess and evaluate client needs for early stage and pre-start business issues, along with supporting any additional barriers client may face.

Working as part of the Medicine Management team, my responsibilities were assisting with administrative duties such as processing repeat prescription, dealing with queries from patients and community pharmacies via telephone, email and fax.
Liaise daily with GP’s, ANP’s, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and the wider admin staff in order to get queries completed and to ensure patient safety.
Using the database EMIS to book appointment, access patient records and process repeat prescriptions whilst maintaining full patient confidentiality.
