Hiking, Watching tv, Badminton

  • For me, hiking is not just about the physical challenge, but also about the mental and emotional rejuvenation it brings. I cherish the solitude and tranquility of the wilderness, using the time on the trail to reflect, meditate, and gain a fresh perspective on life. I often say that hiking is my therapy, a way to escape the demands of modern life and reconnect with myself and the world around me.
  • I like watching TV in my free time and days. Does it keep my mind less calm and reduce my stress
  • Playing badminton is a lifestyle that shapes my values, relationships, and outlook on challenges. playing it with my friends makes it so much better as it brings everyone together and also teaches us that it is okay to lose.
