I'm presently completing my midwifery training, and I can't wait to start my preceptorship year after I'm certified.
I want to conduct myself in a way that satisfies the requirements of the NMC code of standards as a midwife by offering all the women, newborns, and families I care for safe, efficient, compassionate, and knowledgeable care. Knowing the most recent evidence-based RCM midwifery practises allows me to offer my patients the most modern care possible.

I recognise that the key is communication. Being able to communicate well with coworkers, patients, and families is a trait that is crucial to my job as a midwife.

I'm aware that a job as a midwife is and will be difficult at times, but I found making a positive difference in the community to be quite satisfying. I recognise the value of being able to combine work and personal obligations well.
