Currently, I work with the East Sussex county council students that have been referred from the Interim provision services. I work with multiple students that require a learning mentor. Under the children's services that I provide are emotional, supportive and academic. My biggest role is to re-integrate them back into education by providing inclusive provision for children.

At Hastings College, I teach GCSE AQA English Language and Functional Skills English to students with a range of abilities and learning needs. I contribute to the planning and delivery of high-quality teaching by developing schemes of work, creating engaging teaching resources, and setting individual SMART targets to support student progress.

I also prepare and manage Exam Access Arrangements (EAAs) , ensuring that learners receive the appropriate support during assessments in line with awarding body and regulatory requirements. In addition, I maintain accurate Records of Achievement to monitor learners' progress and attainment.

Furthermore, I work as an in-house assessor for Functional Skills, assessing learner performance, ensuring assessment standards are met, and contributing to the quality assurance of the qualification process.

At Buckswood School, I consistently upheld and promoted the school's ethos, including its commitment to the fundamental British values. As an ESOL teacher, I was responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to students across all year groups, adapting teaching strategies to meet a wide range of learning needs and language abilities. I also supported the examination process, ensuring learners were well prepared and assessments were conducted effectively

In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I worked as a Residential Tutor (Head of House) for A Level boarding students. In this leadership role, I was responsible for the day-to-day welfare, supervision, and pastoral care of boarding students, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and personal development. My duties included maintaining student logbooks, dispensing medication in accordance with school policies, promoting positive behaviour, managing safeguarding concerns where appropriate, and providing academic guidance and personal mentoring to support students' success.

• Looking after a summer camp as a residential manager of activities. Over seeing the running of the camp and checks as Camp Manager of the facilities and activities that were involved in the daily running of the camp. I also was in charge of a large team and was responsible for delegation and providing training.

• As a teacher, I was responsible for a group of students and overseeing their achievements, development of communication in the English language, and organising their activities while in London/Hastings.
