Summary

Throughout my professional roles, I have gained the skills of becoming a communicator with an approachable demeanour, skilled in crisis communications management and building effective service user rapport.

I have demonstrated my leadership skills and confidence through multi-agency liaison and event coordination, ensuring punctuality to timeframes and deadlines. I have been praised by other professionals for my concise, accurate, and analytical report writing, with a focus on positive reinforcement and building on service user strengths.

As I have ascended my career path, I have found myself to be a critical thinker; positively binding this with self-reflection to enhance detail in my presentation as an individual and also my work.

I have had a period of time being out of work, between 2020 and 2023 to be a full-time mum to my daughters; however I did utilise my spare time to express my creative skills and expand on my digital skills by setting up a small online business creating personalised goods. My creative skills also flow into my hobby of being a Henna artist which I further pursued in 2011; as a result I have gained a strong customer base throughout Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas with compliments towards my punctuality and quality of work.
