Summary

I am a dedicated GP trainee in the final months of my training, eager to apply the knowledge and skills I have gained throughout my 12-year medical journey. With diverse experience working in various specialities across Sudan, Saudi Arabia, and the UK, I have developed a strong understanding of holistic patient care and the profound impact of social determinants on health, particularly in deprived areas. My career began in Sudan, followed by further expertise in Saudi Arabia and at Nottingham University Hospitals (NUH). I worked in specialities such as surgery, medicine, emergency medicine (adult and paeds), psychiatry, and obstetrics & gynaecology.

As I complete my GP training in the UK, I am committed to leveraging my diverse clinical background, leadership experience, and a patient-centred approach to deliver compassionate and comprehensive care to the communities I serve.
