• Advise on course selection, based on student’s academic strengths and career aspirations.

• Guide students through process of researching, applying, and selecting colleges and universities that align with their academic interests and career goals.
• Help with preparation of college applications, including personal statements, essays, and recommendation letters.
• Organize workshops on topics such as study skills, stress management, time management, career exploration, and college preparation.
• Maintain confidential student records and keep track of counselling sessions, academic progress, and career plans.
• Providing guidance on admission and visa application processes for international students.
• Supporting students in preparing required documents for visa approval.
• Recruit 200 students on average every year into international universities.
• Managed over 100 calls each day to follow up with students to solve queries.

Job responsibilities including as Conversion Manager on converting inquiries or leads into enrolled students. Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee and manage conversion of student inquiries into confirmed admissions for study abroad programs.
• Provide personalized advice to prospective students regarding suitable study destinations, courses, and universities.
• Guide students through application process, ensuring all required documents are submitted accurately and on time.
• Offer guidance on visa applications, documentation, and interview preparation.
• Follow up with potential students through database regularly on average more than 50 to 70 students to answer questions, resolve concerns, and encourage decisions.
• Set and meet sales targets for student conversions by promoting services and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions to ensure successful conversions.
• Stay updated on global education trends, university offerings, and admission requirements to better advise students.
• Work closely with other teams (e.g., marketing, counselling) to ensure smooth operations and student satisfaction.
• Track and report on conversion rates, analyze trends, and refine strategies for higher success rates.
