• Designed and developed intelligent fluid-flow equipment that includes circulators, centrifugal HVAC pumps, pressurisation units and Multi-pump Boosters
• Carried out design improvements and achieved highly efficient designs using computation fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element analysis (FEA)
• Created manufacturing drawings and 3D models of the products and components, created techniques and programs to reduce the overall time of drawings creation
• Carried out complete testing of the prototypes and create comprehensive ETRs (Engineering Test reports)
• Created all the documents related to the projects e.g. Project authorisation forms, Project plan, Build and Test Instructions, Test reports and ECOs etc
• Provided all the products with Building management system (BMS) and cloud- based services to enable the customers actively manage the performances

• Designed steel bolted storage tanks for Industrial applications
• Managed a team of Design engineers and draughtsmen to complete several sheet metal design projects within set deadlines along with driving cost reductions
• Designed several bespoke tanks as per several different ASME and BS standards
• Carried out Finite element analysis (FEA) and failure analysis to optimize the designs
• Worked with the Production team to create programs for CNC machines, reducing the overall manufacturing times
• Created complex 2D drawings and 3D models, while overseeing management of CAD/CAE systems
• Created schedules to support procurement, manufacture, installation, testing, and approval of design
• Designed and drafted all the components of glass coated steel storage tanks and sprinkler water tanks
• Prepared Bills of materials and Engineering Change Notices to proactively resolve technical design issues.
