• Inventory management by balancing the need for product availability versus the need to minimize the cost of inventory in one of the most volatile & challenging areas globally known with restrictions & access limitations to tools and resources.

• Overseeing end-to-end exportation process to 12 countries in ME region.
• supervising export coordinator for documentation, managing third-party supplier processing, identifying most cost-effective procedures and routes for shipments, serving as main point of contact for supply planners.
