I am a passionate Primary School Maths Specialist Teacher with 5 years of experience in developing and implementing diverse and creative curriculums.

I lead by example and provide high quality teaching and learning in my own class and work hard to ensure the best outcomes for the children in my class.

I plan and teach a well-structured sequence of lessons across the curriculum and ability range and adapt my teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all children based on curriculum guidelines so that all children can make suitable progress, which has always been evident from the progress data of my class each year. I am committed to providing a challenging and supportive learning environment that equips students with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their future academic pursuits.

I have honed my teaching skills over the years by creating a safe and supportive learning environment that fosters creativity, critical thinking, and student-led learning. I am committed to engaging with students in a way that supports their individual learning styles, abilities, and interests.

I am passionate about continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in education. I believe in fostering a growth mindset not only in my pupils but also in myself. I am committed to taking on new challenges and learning from my experiences to continually improve as a teacher.
