• Led the planning and programme management of above projects during pre-construction and construction phases, overseeing the development of comprehensive project programmes encompassing all aspects of design, procurement and construction, commissioning and handover.
• Prepared tender event programmes to facilitate subcontractor procurement.
• Review risks and opportunities for every programme produced and highlight potential mitigation.
• Produce construction logistics and methodology in close co-operation with the project team to effectively demonstrate construction techniques and sequencing.

• Provided support to the management team with the planning and programming of the design, procurement and construction activities,
• Led programme and planning management throughout pre-construction and construction phase, ensuring seamless coordination across all project activities. This included developing baseline contract programmes, target schedules, and project progress tracking systems.
• Developed and delivered regular weekly and monthly reports to monitor and communicate progress and performance.

• Support planners, senior planners and the regional planner in planning and programming of the design, procurement and construction activities associated with the construction works.
• Support in the development of the as-built programme, highlighting the programme deviation from the baseline programme.
• Monitor the performance of the subcontractors and provide feedback to the project management team, including record keeping.

Project:

The Hill Township Development spans across 10,000 acres and focuses on the construction of high-profile houses, each valued at over £400,000. The project aimed at delivering luxury homes while maintaining high standards in both construction quality and aesthetic appeal.

• Close coordination with the construction manager in planning and controlling the required manpower, plant and equipment, materials and tools for the projects.
• Supervised projects including in-house, and sub-contractors, ensuring that the work carried out adheres to the project’s quality standards and specifications. This also includes solving any technical issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Review the structural details prior to implementation, evaluate the structural designs and explain the project specifications to the operatives.
