• Kent Protection Relay Renewals (Petts Wood TPH New Build): Worked with the site team on the construction of a new brick-built DC Track Paralleling Hut, including civil works, troughing routes, and drainage systems.
• Kent Power Supply Enhancement Project: Upgraded traction power supply across the North and Mid Kent lines to support 12-car units.
• Converted TP Huts into fully operational substations with 3MW transformers, rectifier modules, DC circuit breakers, AC panels, and auxiliary transformers.
• London Victoria HV Substations (Non-Traction) Renewal: Replaced life-expired 11kV distribution equipment across four substations (B, C, D & E) with modern ABB CCV Safe Ring SF6 switchgear, enhancing reliability and removing operational restrictions under the CP5 contract.

• ETE Track Installer - London, Wessex, and Sussex PSU (IPSS Resignalling): Delivered ETE upgrades on VTB 1, 2, and 3 Main Lines, including IBJ closures, cross-bond relocations, SRTC reinforcements, and advanced plate modifications between Three Bridges, Gatwick, and Earlswood.

• Apprenticeship – High Voltage Maintenance Services: Supported the Power Supply Enhancement (PSE 3) Project, working on HV switchgear, Transformer Rectifier Units (TRUs), DC switchgear, and Electrical Track Equipment (ETE) across Wessex and Sussex.
• Site Supervisor – Wessex PSE 3 Project: Supervised two sites post-apprenticeship under the CITB SSSTS scheme, overseeing the upgrade of TP Huts into fully functional substations with 3MW transformers, rectifier modules, DC breakers, and auxiliary transformers.
• Engineering Support – CP5 Power Supply Enhancement: Provided engineering support and CRE for ETE and HV construction, contributing to GRIP 5 design and timely project delivery.
• Involved in upgrading 34 substations/TP Huts, replacing 152 DC feeder circuits, installing 129,000m of DC cable, upgrading 350 Hookswitches, installing 2 new CTS, enhancing 4 existing CTS, and reinforcing negative return cabling across 23 key areas.
