I have been working as a nursery practitioner for the past year and three months, and in that time, I have gained valuable hands-on experience supporting the learning and development of young children. I am passionate about creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment where children feel valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. I enjoy planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that promote curiosity, confidence, and social skills, while meeting the child's individual needs. Building a strong relationship with both children and their families is something I take great pride in, as I believe trust and communication are the keys to a child's progress. I am committed to continually developing my skills and knowledge to provide the highest level of care and support in early years settings.
