I work closely with the Adult Social Care Teams and Care Homes to organise and agree permanent and respite placements for vulnerable adults in the community and in the hospital at a fair cost.

This is a fast paced role where I manage my own caseload, prioritise work appropriately. I problem solve in highly pressured situations to get the best outcome for people needing urgent care.

• Managing the duty inbox.
• Negotiating the cost of care for new & existing placements.
• Liaising between Social Workers & Care Home Managers to coordinate a smooth transition.
• Completing administration tasks on Excel, Word and updating the system ‘Mosaic’. I also use Microsoft office applications.

• Conducting lettings and sales viewings & negotiating deals
• Vendor/landlord updates and care.
• Generating referrals for mortgage appointments, conveyancing and surveys.

Claims Handler for the Direct Line Team.

Managing my own claims for Policy Holder’s who have had a fire or flood in their home.

• Liaising with the Policy Holder, Insurance Company and Subcontractors to ensure that the claim is running smoothly and restoration is going to plan.
• Customer service & administration

I left this role to travel Asia, a lifetime goal of mine.

PA to the Director -

• Front of house
• Assisting the director with administrative duties and running the office such as; new employee contracts and starter forms, organising company cars, dealing with parking fines, franking post, ordering office supplies, filing and dealing with BrightHR and Peninsula.

Sales Administrator -

• Creating property particulars, canvassing letters and mailing cards.
• Matching properties to relevant applicants.
• Updating and organising the window cards and the monthly marketing newsletter.

I left this role to work abroad for the summer.

• Registering applicants, carrying out viewings, booking valuations and mortgage appointments, negotiating deals.
• Sales progression.
• Canvassing for new business, negotiating fees with landlords.
• Move-ins: Collating relevant documents, assisting with referencing, organising keys, reporting maintenance issues to the property manager, assisting check-ins.
