- Where necessary, enforce discipline when standards are not met.
- Maintain the Hold / Release / Reject / Concession status to ensure non-conforming products and materials are dealt with in a timely manner.
- With the support of the Technical Team, managing and maintaining the diary of CCP verification audits and trials, performing some audits where timing dictates and signing-off other audits carried out by the Quality Team. Implement the non-conformance and corrective action procedures where appropriate. Report on the results of CCP verification audits and trials and approve all results with the Factory Manager Head of Technical.
- A key support in BRC, EHO, Trading Standards, customer and other third-party audits and site visits, enabling preparation for the conduct of the audit and proactively driving any corrective actions related to Quality and GMP Standards.
- Managing the customer complaints process in-line with the company policy, effectively communicating internally and carrying out suitable investigation to identify and plan effective root cause analysis.
- Conducting regular factory Quality Tours liaising with the Shift QA’s, Production Manager, Supervisors, Team Leaders and Operators.
