I was a competitive a member of Larne Swimming Club. My swimming career, which has included multiple national medals, has taught me the benefits of hard work and determination. I hold Bronze, Silver and Gold medals, plus a relay British record, from the RLSS National Speed Lifesaving Championships; Earlier, I captained my secondary-school water-polo squad, honing the leadership and teamwork that underpin my competitive success.
