• Through my time at Nuffield health i completed online courses on the correct safety standards governing correct use of chemicals, which i implemented in my work.
• Kept floors clean with regular sweeping, vacuuming and mopping. This involved various stations including, cafe front of house, locker room/bathroom and showers (And toiletries), Gym floor and equipment, Saunas, steam rooms, and pool.
• Worked quickly to complete cleaning within allotted timeframes. This involved night and day shifts, meaning i can work flexible shifts.
• I have great social skills in talking to clients and customers, especially with problem solving and guidance in customer support.

• Working as a pot-wash, i carried out day-to-day duties accurately and efficiently, this included food prep and cleaning out out of stock ingredients, also being tasked with basic cooking this involved cooking fries and bruschetta and making the salads
• Quickly learned and applied new skills to daily tasks, improving efficiency and productivity. i kept the kitchen clean while also quickly cleaning glasses, plates and cutlery
• Demonstrated respect, friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed, to both staff and customers
• Displayed energy and enthusiasm in fast-paced environment. I found it very easy to get along with my coworkers, as we made a great team socially and as colleagues.

During my time in college i attended a crucial crew course held by the hertfordshire county council, and was held in saint albans fire station. This course included educating young children about the dangers of the public area, this included:

- electrical dangers

- road safety

- water safety

- crime prevention e.g drugs and alcohol awareness

From this i experienced managing children in a educational and fun manner, to help protect themselves from the dangers they may encounter in the future.

During this time i provided Ncam with contracted individual labour work, which involved moving heavy, and expensive equipment such as cameras, computers, and fiber optic cables. This would be a long day shift to help the company import/export warehouse equipment and merchandise. So far i have provided my services thirteen times throughout the time listed above.
