An example of when I had to work under pressure, is when there was a event that had 50 people needing to be served and I efficiently washed the dishes for all 50 customers and made sure they were served their food within 10 minutes of it all being made, whilst being friendly with other customers also, making sure they had the correct service.
An example of being organized is when I had to stock the fridge in the kitchen for the chefs, so they could use the correct ingredients in the food they were preparing.
An example of being able to handle conflict is when someone approached me to complain about the coldness of their food in an upset manner. Therefore, I asked if they would like a different dish to be made for them, if they wanted it to be microwaved or if they wanted me to ask the chef if he could remake their preferred dish. In the end they decided to have it microwaved and the situation was settled almost immediately, whilst I was apologizing to the customer for the bad service.
