Everyday was different in A&E and I dealt with different situations everyday I then progressed my career to become a PCO were I provide the service to arrange appointment and admission dates for patients. I use excel on a daily basis, scan referral into Meditech and I also close patient pathways that are not applicable to RTT. I also understand the importance of cashing up clinics and patient appointments needing to be made within the RTT target. I also now cash up the EPPF's that must be completed by the consultant in order for the patient pathway to be correct for BI data reports.
