Baby sitting involves a variety of roles and responsibilities to ensure the safety and well-being of the children I'm looking after. Working with children is lots of fun, but every time can look very different bringing new challenges to the role. I have found communication to be invaluable to this role both with the children and parents. Following routines, providing emotional support and behaviour management have also helped to make the experience positive for everyone.

I worked in the Marketing Department for 4 weeks to gain experience and also to understand how Marketing assists the Sales teams. I helped to send out samples that were ordered via the website and was also involved in designing the flyers that were sent with the samples.
