I have worked in customer service for 2 years. This has massively enhanced my customer service skills. I am polite, kind and have gained a lot of confidence allowing me to be confident in what I do, and allowing me to be comfortable when working independently. It has also taught me how to manage under pressure when challenges arise. Along side this, whilst studying I did work experience at Yorkshire cat rescue. This allowed me to use all my skills in another setting in which I want to work in. Animals are my passion, working here allowed me to have hands on experience with the animals, along side customer service.
