Evelyn Batley

Second-year Business Management student at Leeds Beckett University with a strong interest in pursuing a career in Marketing or Human Resources. Alongside academic studies, currently working part-time as a server at The Botanist, with over a year and a half of experience in the role.

Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment has helped develop valuable transferable skills including teamwork, communication, active listening, customer service, and the ability to stay organised under pressure. Strong interest in building positive relationships, contributing to team success, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Through both university studies and professional experience, continuing to develop knowledge of business operations, people management, and consumer behaviour, while exploring opportunities within marketing and HR.
