I am a very enthusiastic and friendly person who doesn't find it difficult to make new friends which will come in handy when it comes to group decisions and working together to complete the same goal.

I can multitask very well and work well under pressure as I currently work in one of the busiest McDonalds in Scotland therefore I can get multiple jobs done fast.

I have great phone etiquette as I use a headset almost daily to take customers orders furthermore I am experienced in dealing with complaints and difficult customers.

I am starting college this month to study beauty therapy for two years, I would love to be a massage , waxing and facial specialist as I have always wanted to work in the beauty industry. I thrive making clients feel good about their appearance and I enjoy giving others confidence.
