  • I am currently working on 6 months project called Project Phoenix, going through lots of data and analyzing, checking figures and facts, reviewing different aspects of the import register, to mainly see if data has been added Correctly.
  • We have also been looking at Export details and reviewing information to be checked particularly if something that comes for repair and cost is correct & general information.
  • This project has been run by Richard Bentham with Sally Bemrose, runs team that has taught how to use current systems, GTS & SAP programs, along with looking through some files, that help us go confirm some of the Data that are checking.
  • Also learned a lot of other additional skills and been shown other ways of looking at information & process involved.

  • Looking at records from quite a few years back as well coming up to recent years to be sure we are compliant with HMRC.
  • Employed though Morsons agency currently.

Booking Service Advisor

  • Main responsibilities are to answer the phone to taking booking, pricing up work and general Warranty enquiries and booking work, in the workshop diary and relaying any additional information to service team and workshop control and helping with technical queries when possible.
  • Job Card prep for work week and pre-calling customers to check if they are coming for appointments.
  • I book Ford Car and Commercials Vehicles.
  • Main system we use is Drive and edynamic, which new system brought in recently for getting customers to check in Online and using to communicate between team with updates for vehicles and workshop, using, It is to update where technician is in work progress on repairs.
  • The 1 link system is another we use which is used in a lot of places for accepting booking of fleet vehicles, Mobility and lease customers doing Administration work too.
  • Learning more about business and learning more about industry as a whole and having good team support has made a big difference, I feel my knowledge has improved & confidence.

  • Main responsibilities are to book engineer to go out to customers all over the country with floorcare machines and carrying out repair, service, training or demo on machines as we have quite range customers we deal with from Schools, Hospitals etc.
  • Another main part of the role is carrying out invoicing and doing estimates for customers and entry data daily on the system.
  • Answering the phone is the other part of role dealing technical queries on all Numatics products That we sale from old machines to new ones as much as possible, from finding part numbers to advising on what machines might suit for the customer for their needs and providing excellent customer service and as we Numatics have a fair few range of machines.

  • Main role was to handle all enquires to do with our facilities questions or complaints.
  • We did all the booking to do with golf, tennis, fitness classes and spa booking for guests, General public members of the hotel either by phone, email or face to face.
  • We had a till system in place for all payments for anyone wishing to pay to use our leisure facilities and we could take payments over the phone and for hotel guests we could charge things to their room.
  • Administrational responsibilities such as membership enquiries, checking forms are completed and the financial for people either renewing or joining for use of our gym, pool and golf facilities.
  • Make sure all information is up to date, like leaflets and brochures answer email enquiries and making sure we take correct information from people.
  • To know the condition of the golf course every morning for health & safety, show people round the facilities and to be as helpful as possible and help other departments out such as hotel reception.
