Worked closely with Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers to ensure projects were delivered efficiently, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and quality requirements.

Joined the kitchen as a Chef de Partie and was quickly promoted to Junior Sous Chef in recognition of strong performance, leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Took responsibility for running the pass during busy service, coordinating the kitchen team and ensuring all dishes met the highest standards of quality, presentation, and timing. Successfully managed services of over 200 covers, maintaining effective communication between the front and back of house to ensure a smooth operation. Assisted the Head Chef with stock control, ordering, staff training, rota management, food safety compliance, and maintaining consistency across all sections while supporting the overall day-to-day management of the kitchen.
