I am a motivated and compassionate Cardiff University graduate with a BSc degree in Human and Social Sciences, accredited by the BPS. My academic journey and completion of a dissertation research project equipped me with skills in critical thinking, adaptability and commitment. Additionally, modules such as child development taught me the significance of a supportive and nurturing environment in shaping a child's growth. I gained hands-on teaching experience, with 3-10 year olds, as a TESOL volunteer in Vietnam, where I witnessed the direct impact a supportive classroom and dedicated teacher can have on students. This experience solidified my passion for working with children of all ages and my desire to contribute to their learning and well-being as a teaching assistant, including roles supporting students with special educational needs (SEN).
