I'm a versatile professional with a passion for both Analytics and Human Resources. My career has revolved around people management, data analysis, and collaborative teamwork. I've consistently handled significant responsibilities, demonstrating initiative and professionalism in every role.
My experience at the OPCC involved working with sensitive data, sourcing, organizing, and presenting vital findings to meet Home Office expectations. This experience honed my skills in data handling and maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
My strong analytical abilities are complemented by excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office, I've conducted data analysis at the OPCC and contributed to major projects at MFC, including high-profile concerts and sporting events.
I hold a degree in Psychology from Teesside University, graduating with a 2:1. This academic journey equipped me with a deep understanding of various psychology domains, including statistical analysis and research. I've produced both qualitative and quantitative research reports and conducted a dissertation on the impact of drumming on well-being.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I've turned my hobbies into qualifications and employment. I've earned a Tennis Leader certification and an LTA Level 1 coaching qualification, coaching junior tennis players. I've also achieved a Grade 8 certification in drumming through Trinity Guildhall, becoming a drum teacher and mentor.
These roles have enriched my life and allowed me to inspire the learning and development of young individuals. I'm now eager to leverage my diverse skill set to contribute to Analytics and Human Resources. With a unique perspective and a strong commitment to professional growth and development, I'm ready to make a meaningful impact in both fields.
