Throughout my career in the customer service industry, I have managed telephony, digital, social media, and customer-facing aspects. I thrive in this environment and my experience shows my ability to develop consistently, whilst still keeping my positive and optimistic outlook.

Going from an admin assistant where workload management wasn't intense, to a full-time police officer who required a 3-year degree to pass the probationary period. This consisted of producing academic and reflective writing each month, quizzes, and research. All the degree workload was in conjunction with the operational competencies as a police officer, where I had to produce evidence of my actions and justification, ensuring I conducted myself in line with the organization's ethics and values.
