I believe it is key to use relationships to motivate staff and build upon pre-existing skills and talents, I advocate for a diplomatic communication style to forge long-lasting connections and enhance operations.     • Worked alongside the PSHE lead for the school to achieve Jigsaw Ambassadorship. this included creating a school development plan and working alongside Jigsaw to meet their aims and objectives. We were required to display our outstanding ethos and practice consistently.

    • The School of Excellence award is the highest level of achievement in the Thrive Ambassador Schools program. It is awarded to schools and settings that have achieved Ambassador School status in all five areas listed above and is a benchmark of all-round excellence for schools that have embedded the Thrive Approach.

I have been a member of Frome RFC for over 10 years. I started playing there as a junior player. I captained my u16 and u18 teams and have most recently become the 2nd XV captain as well as playing for the First XV at Level 6.


I am passionate about travel, exploring different parts of the world, and immersing myself in different cultures. I have traveled to over 30 different countries and recently have returned from an extended trip around Southeast Asia.
