Being apart of the most important cog of the business, ensuring all orders placed were successfully dispatched smoothly. Simultaneously making sure stock levels were correct between our UK and EU warehouse, if not, transferring stock between the two.

Whilst maintaining customer satisfactory for both UK and EU customers was essential. I also solely handled all return orders received organising exchanges and refunds. Handled all our sponsored player requests across 6 different professional sports.

I also am solely responsible for communication for over 40 clubs shops who order bespoke kit. Making sure all kit is sent out correctly with the accurate instructions.

My last major role within this position was single handedly running the Payntr golf EU website. Ordering stock in based off demand to sell to the whole of the EU. As well as working with influencers/celebrities to promote the brand.
