Provide service with a smile, offering courteous, helpful advice to best meet customer needs.
Greet customers and offer assistance with selecting merchandise, finding accessories and completing purchases.

Shelve and merchandise new products in visually appealing, organised displays to engage customers.
Operate cash registers with accuracy and process cash and card transactions.

Carry out back-of-house maintenance, for clear, easy-to-navigate stockroom management.
Accept card, cash and cheque payments in POS register system.
I have built excellent relationships within the team and am reliable punctual and am always available to work extra shifts if needed. On several occasions my line manager has had customers come to her to praise my customer service skills within different age ranges of children and adults.

Hobbies I have been involved in football teams since the age of eight and currently play 5 a side once a week, I actively take part in a range of different sports including using the gym basketball and enjoy sea swimming. I enjoy watching films and partaking in activities with my friends.
