- Worked closely with the general manager and central management team to provide an outstanding service within the leisure centre.
- Lead the operations team which comprises of lifeguards, senior recreational assistants and duty managers and ensure all staff are carrying out their tasks to and outstanding standard.

- Carry out monthly staff training sessions for lifeguards at site and ensure all training records are up to date by designing site specific wall charts.
- Run NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguarding Qualification) courses which train people up to be fully qualified lifeguards.

- Managed a leisure centre to ensure a safe and efficient running of the centre on a daily basis.
