• Monitored team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Planned employee workloads and delegated tasks strategically to meet seasonal fluctuations in demand.
• During my time at heartwood tree care I gained my CS41 dismantling and rigging qualification.
• I also completed my pa1/pa6 spraying ticket.

• Returned to gain more experience looking after trees on estate

While working for lord of the trees since leaving high school I have gained my CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39, chipper, stump grinder and first aid.

• Looked after a 200 acre wedding venue estate along side head gardener. Cut grass on sit on grass cutter, strim, woodland management, general maintenance. Left to pursue career in tree surgery.

• Washing dishes, pots and cutlery. Kept ovens, grills and fridges clean and hygenic. Garnishing dishes
• Housekeeping - cleaning and making up bedrooms and toilets on the premises

• Once a week for two years. Whilst there I was part of the winning team in the Year of Young People/Young Scot Award 2018, for help transforming a wasteland into a beautiful garden space for the Community to enjoy.
