I absolutely love all types of music and movement and I carry that passion into my classes. To me nothing compares to group fitness. The buzz you get when you can help a whole room of people - from the shy ones at the back to the crazy ones at the front - move together.
The best feeling is watching people's moods and energy change in 45 minutes to the point where they are in the moment and connecting.
I spend a long time curating a class playlist which contains music and moves that feel good to move to, whilst being accessible to all abilities.
I also spend time really trying to get to know my members and making them feel part of a community.
In my current role and my private classes I have built a strong following and community which I am very proud of.
I personally regularly attend a variety of fitness events and classes to keep myself inspired and to hone my skills.
