• Full responsibility of patient's onsite money, petty cash and patients social fund.
• Full responsibility for payroll.
• Organising all patients 3 monthly reviews and inviting all the relevant external agencies, ensuring these reviews are minuted and that all appropriate individuals receive a copy through the secure portal.
• Putting out advertisements for vacant post then ensuring that all application packs are sent out, arranging interviews, interviewing, ensuring references are received, writing and sending out offer letters and completing and tracking all DBS applications.
• Responsible for completing audits and actioning any outcomes on both the personnel files and the Mental Health Act files.
• Allocated supervisor to a large number of support staff.
• Instructor on for RESPECT (Ethical approaches to the prevention & management of aggression/violence).
• Investigate complaints within required timeframe.
• Submit safeguarding reports and follow up actions.
• Submit HIW notifications and follow up actions.
