I am a motivated second-year optometry student with a passion for science and a strong desire to develop my clinical expertise. With strong interpersonal and communication skills, I have gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry, where I honed my ability to interact with a diverse range of customers, handle high-pressure situations, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment. As the leader of a charity awareness campaign for Uyghur Muslims, I led with empathy and resilience, guiding a team to tackle a challenging issue and ensuring the campaign’s success. This experience strengthened my ability to navigate complex situations, refine my leadership skills, and deepen my understanding of social responsibility.

Throughout my academic journey, I’ve developed strong teamwork, planning, and problem-solving skills. As Deputy Head Girl, I worked collaboratively to enhance the student experience and create a supportive environment. I’m eager to take on my pre-registration year, offering quality patient care while refining my skills and expertise in optometry.

• Led a community-driven donation drive for Türkiye earthquake victims, coordinating logistics and community outreach.
