• I have delivered on project's key objectives with agreed budgets, timelines and standards.

• Scheduled shifts based on seasonal demands and staff availability. This is particularly the important on technical projects as many staff don't work during term times.

I am currently working on a 3 year contract with the Central Management team in the DfE to implement Flexible Working into Schools - meeting KPI's on this project is challenging as many schools do not see Flexible Working as a priority. We are have had to develop strategies to change the Culture around this concept. This contract involves organizing over 100 webinars and events to promote Flexible working as well as preparing regular high level management reports.

I am also working on the Retirement of Microsoft A1 Plus license . We are in the process of identifying schools who will be negatively affected by the decision and offering alternative solutions

Some past projects include :-

Catering, Grounds and Cleaning project – ensuring the demobilization and mobilization of over 600 clients from the incumbent supplier to the new suppliers. This was a high budget complex project which included ensuring that the staff were successfully TUPED over, ELI data was shared, stock transfers were considered, over 150 site visits were planned, DBS certificates were obtained, and an uninterrupted transfer of work from Monday to Tuesday was organized

Server 2012 - identify and provide solutions to customers which use Server 2012 - as this product was no longer supported from 15th Oct 2023. This project has resulted in new business for Entrust for many of these schools will need to either upgrade or look to buy a new server.

Product Development - Streamlining the product approval method with Product Management team to create a smoother, easier to use approval process and onboarding/offboarding products.

As a result, many new products were onboarded creating new business for Entrust. At the same time unused products were offboarded reducing clutter.

Envisage Cloud - Working to create a process for the Envisage Cloud which is a Hybrid Cloud Network offering - which would result in a smoother installation process for our engineers with minimum interruptions and problems.

Management MI - Working to determine how to improve the time management system introduce Jan 2023. This was particularly challenging as many people would voice their thought on the system quite openly and it was quite a challenge to create motivation.

Allens Croft Project - This project I was required to liaise with sub-contractors, technicians and the school to successfully implemented the data wiring of a modular build.

Supporting both children and teachers on a regular basis.

I was a consultant for a bespoke portfolio management software.

My role included

• Working with a dedicated team to produce effective IT solutions for stakeholders.
• Helping create tailored solutions to meet specific business requirements within the available infrastructure, time and budget constraints.
• Providing first-line support to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues related to the bespoke software.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify system weaknesses and recommend improvements.

I was hired to utilize my excellent communication skills both with internal and external customers. I achieved this by firstly developing strong relationship with my stakeholders and secondly understanding the bespoke software, it's weaknesses and strength. This helped me resolve issues at a swifter pace when they were raised.

I worked on hundreds of different Capital Markets Projects during my 19 years - below I have outlined them by skill set in more detail.

Communications - Stakeholder relationships - Operational Support

One of the biggest projects I worked on was bringing the Futures & Options market to Turkey. This involved the collaboration of multiple departments to work together to understand the scope, the market expectations, and the effects that needed to be considered.

This was a very complex project - but initially it required excellent communication skills to coordinate multiple department with varying levels of skills to work together. Each department had it's own priorities and many conflicted with other departments - so there was a real challenge in finding solutions which everyone would agree to.

Sybase Transact SQL - SDLC - SDTC - Analytical Thinking

As part of my role I managed a small team of 5 in both the Software Development and Test Life Cycle methodologies of projects. These solutions were developed using SQL databases and Centura/Gupta.

In addition to planning and developing projects, there was a constant need for preparing ad hoc reports which required quick analytical problem solving skills.

Time management - Resource Management - Staff Management

Finance Markets are very fast paced and therefore projects need to be completed within tight timeframes otherwise you could face legislation laws - in these types of situations it is essential to be able to prioritize jobs. It also requires developing multitasking skills to ensure that both time management and resource management skills are utilized correctly to ensure not only a successful delivery within the deadline but ensure that staff resources are allocated fairly.

Meetings, Training and Well-being

Training and updating my team to make them aware of upcoming projects so that we are all able to better plan ahead. I would achieve this by setting up regular training, project and catch-up meetings with the staff I directly worked with.
