I am currently working on a 3 year contract with the Central Management team in the DfE to implement Flexible Working into Schools - meeting KPI's on this project is challenging as many schools do not see Flexible Working as a priority. We are have had to develop strategies to change the Culture around this concept. This contract involves organizing over 100 webinars and events to promote Flexible working as well as preparing regular high level management reports.
I am also working on the Retirement of Microsoft A1 Plus license . We are in the process of identifying schools who will be negatively affected by the decision and offering alternative solutions
Some past projects include :-
Catering, Grounds and Cleaning project – ensuring the demobilization and mobilization of over 600 clients from the incumbent supplier to the new suppliers. This was a high budget complex project which included ensuring that the staff were successfully TUPED over, ELI data was shared, stock transfers were considered, over 150 site visits were planned, DBS certificates were obtained, and an uninterrupted transfer of work from Monday to Tuesday was organized

Server 2012 - identify and provide solutions to customers which use Server 2012 - as this product was no longer supported from 15th Oct 2023. This project has resulted in new business for Entrust for many of these schools will need to either upgrade or look to buy a new server.
Product Development - Streamlining the product approval method with Product Management team to create a smoother, easier to use approval process and onboarding/offboarding products.
As a result, many new products were onboarded creating new business for Entrust. At the same time unused products were offboarded reducing clutter.
Envisage Cloud - Working to create a process for the Envisage Cloud which is a Hybrid Cloud Network offering - which would result in a smoother installation process for our engineers with minimum interruptions and problems.
Management MI - Working to determine how to improve the time management system introduce Jan 2023. This was particularly challenging as many people would voice their thought on the system quite openly and it was quite a challenge to create motivation.
Allens Croft Project - This project I was required to liaise with sub-contractors, technicians and the school to successfully implemented the data wiring of a modular build.
