• Represent the voices of service users in network meetings

and advocate for policy change

• Partner with other organisations supporting refugee and people seeking asylum to raise issues faced by these group of people
• Conduct workshops with service users to discuss and seek temporal solution for their challenges.
• -Report any safe guarding issues
• Challenge legislations and laws that inflict pain and dehumanise refugees and people seeking asylum.
• Write case study and organise campaign and write petition on issues that need public awareness,
• Within 5months our service users coming in increase by 20%
• There has been a positive respond from our survey
• This earned us an award `The Community Partner Award Boabab Women`s project`

• Raised public awareness by organising peaceful protests and demonstrations.
• Engaged with media outlets to increase visibility of key issues.
• Worked tirelessly at grassroots level ensuring wide spread understanding of causes championed.

• Ensures every necessary arrangement is done before the arrival of service users.
• Ensures they are settled well upon arrival in the country.
• Ensures they are registered with their local GP, can use the ATM machine , schools for their children and the job centre,
• Accompany service users to appointments
• Ensure they have interpreters for those whose first language is not English.
• Reports to hierarchy, attend departmental as well as general meetings.

Assisted in what ever task was given. Accompanied servicers to appointment. Assisted in preparing tea and serving snacks to service users. Tiding the room and cleaning up after sessions.
