After returning from my travelling, i jumped into the role of team leader and duty partner. This role including:

  • Taking on 'Customer Service Lead' slots to ensure the customer journey is as optimal as can be and leading by example to give exceptional service.
  • Being available to train and develop partners understanding of the operation by answering questions promptly and personally keeping up to date with information about the operation and the business as a whole in preparation for the daily questions that we receive
  • Planning partners daily tasks and solving problems throughout the day to ensure the daily operation runs successfully
  • Communicating and supporting partners on the shopfloor with a hand's on approach as well as management by sharing the workload through my knowledge and experience as a TM (specifically pay, rota scheduling, partner holiday and recruitment)
  • Working continuously to improve how we do things to make the operation as efficient as possible alongside keeping morale and making sure customers and partners have the best experience in branch.
