I had many responsibilities such as :discussing complaints from customers, submitting invoices into the system and I would also be managing the stock taking. With this experience, I have gained many qualities including, exceptional customer service, high-level arithmetic and outstanding problem-solving skills. For example, if there is an error in the system, due to a purchase invoice being submitted twice, I am very alert and can anticipate problems in a timely manner.
This work experience was a one week voluntary placement, which I completed to gain experience in the accounting industry. My main responsibilities, were: submitting invoices into the system, preparing and putting receipts into monthly order and answering calls from customers. Furthermore, this experience helped me develop skills such as communication, leadership and team work.
