• Maintaining and preparing reagents for use.
• Maintaining and experience of use of lab equipment for use such as class II microbiological safety cabinets, isolator, Cobe cell separator, etc.
• Making sure all documents and paperwork is completed to GMP and GDP standards
• Working and complying with HTA, GMP and MHRA standards
• Performing environmental monitoring, particle monitoring and cleaning in Grade B areas to EU GMP standards
• Maintaining and recording stock that is needed in the islet isolation process
• Preparing laboratory before use and decontaminating laboratory post use.
