Hello, My name is Errol Dias and I'm a 28-year-old male based in Manchester, UK. Full UK license so commuting is not an issue for me. I would describe myself as, Self motivated Reliable, approachable, diverse, understanding, adaptive, quick learner, team player, outgoing, flexible, willing to take the lead, and sporty/ football which i enjoy doing in my spare time. My work background is predominately in the warehouse industry where I have accumulated 9 years worth of experience in both the public and private sectors of the industry.
But my most recent role was an , Ergonomic assessor / Installation Engineer which was something new for me. As I had never done anything like it before and was in search of a change of scenery. I believe this job best demonstrates my skills and qualities as I had to quickly gain a new set of skills and knowledge in a field I was very unfamiliar/ in-experienced in. which i quickly excelled which was reflected in the Great feedback/Reviews.
My position as team leader and assistant supervisor at Furniture Resource Centre (FRC). Taught me the importance of flexibility and building relationships with fellow team members to achieve shared goals. I can adapt to my surroundings quickly and I'm not afraid to get stuck in. I understand the importance of reliability which is reflected in my attendance, punctuality, and time management. I am self-motivated and results-orientated and enjoy taking on challenges whether that be under my own initiative or following directions. My time spent at FRC helped develop an interest in warehouse management. My experience working with a wide range of audiences has given me an insight on how different companies operate, which has assisted me in using my own initiative when making decisions.
