I have worked at Amazon for 9 years in a Fulfilment Centre, gaining broad experience across core operations including Picking, Packing, Stow and Problem Solve. During this time I developed strong understanding of Amazon’s operational processes and performance standards, consistently achieving productivity and quality targets.

Selected, scanned, and processed products accurately for customer orders across departments including stow, pick, pack, IXD, and problem solve while maintaining high quality and speed in compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Supported new team members by sharing best practices during peak workloads and contributed to resolving operational issues to sustain workflow and productivity.

This experience has given me a deep understanding of the fulfilment process, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure — all essential for a Lead role where supporting and guiding team members, monitoring performance and helping drive continuous improvement are key.

Assisted in training and mentoring new associates, guiding them in Amazon procedures to meet performance expectations in picking, packing, and problem solve.

During my 3 years working as a Water and Wastewater Systems Design Engineer in Lithuania, I mainly specialised in the design of individual wastewater treatment systems and water borehole systems for residential properties. I was responsible for selecting appropriate wastewater treatment equipment based on required treatment capacity and environmental regulations.

I also designed connections to centralised water supply and sewage systems. My role included preparing full technical documentation, submitting applications through the national construction system (Infostatyba), and coordinating project approvals with local municipalities to obtain building permits.

This position required strong analytical skills, attention to detail, regulatory compliance knowledge, and the ability to manage projects independently from planning stage to final approval. I developed structured problem-solving skills and accountability for delivering accurate and compliant designs within deadlines.
