Throughout my two years in sixth form, I've participated in two campaigns that required collaboration with my teammates to develop effective plans for our market stalls. We had to decide on the products we would sell, how to decorate the stall, and the best way to present our offerings. Additionally, we considered strategies to attract visitors and create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone at our stall. In December 2023, I took charge of our Christmas market stall, which involved selecting team members for food preparation, decoration, and outreach to potential customers about our event. In May 2024, we had another market stall where I baked a strawberry chocolate cake along with other dishes. My team and I effectively used our communication skills to support each other in achieving our goals and assisting one another as needed.
