During my role as Barista at seeds 2 totnes I developed my barista skills to a very high standard, perfecting every aspect of a long list of coffees and teas, from perfect milk texture and pour, to adjusting coffee grind size and dose to produce the perfect espresso.

I joined the Blue Hut at the start of a very busy summer season as a full trained Barista to ensure the coffee was up to a high standard as things got busy and staff where stretched. As i was working two jobs at the time it broadened my barista menu knowledge and gave me insight into how other cafes operate. I also contributed my own barista knowledge and improved certain areas of the workspace to optimise efficiency.
