I joined the Blue Hut at the start of a very busy summer season as a full trained Barista to ensure the coffee was up to a high standard as things got busy and staff where stretched. As i was working two jobs at the time it broadened my barista menu knowledge and gave me insight into how other cafes operate. I also contributed my own barista knowledge and improved certain areas of the workspace to optimise efficiency.
