In this role supporting the adult and social care team in providing and raising invoices as agreed in the individual care plan
Responsible for monitoring, creating, closing and raising care invoices and accounts
Assist and collaborate with finance team to calculate forecasts, debts and costs
Produce monthly reports to review with finance team
Monitor expenditure ensuring expenses are compliant with approved budgets
Monitor accounts making sure customers are not falling behind on payments and providing early intervention where necessary
Support new customers with setting up invoicing
Raising and amending purchase orders and ensuring they are accurate
Using MS Office, Care Manager and SAP for the purpose of inputting and extracting customer information
Maintain accurate records and statistics to ensure all data is compliant with data protection and GDPR requirements
Maintain tenancy records, managing rent accounts and ensuring accounts are up to date
Collaborate with clients to prevent homelessness by assisting them to retain existing accommodation
Negotiating with landlords and statutory and non-statutory agencies to find best solution for clients’ housing needs
