The restaurant I used to work at in Tokyo won a Michelin star the year I started working there. During my time there, the restaurant always had higher sales than the previous year.

In London, I also worked at Endo at the Rotunda, which also won a Michelin star.

  • In London, I also like going to museums and parks.
  • I like mountain climbing and hiking (I once climbed Mount Fuji by myself).
  • Right now, I do stretching and exercise at home, but if I have the time or someone to go with me, I'd like to go bouldering or golf. (Influenced by my family, I've occasionally played golf since my teens.)
