Responsible for driving the strategic planning and coordination of ranges across Make-Up Bags & Purses while managing Licensed product across all categories of Women's Accessories worth £150m annually.

My remit included

• Working collaboratively with Buying, Design & QA to deliver a commercial range in line with campaign launches while managing the forecasting of Sales, Stock and Intake and generating OTB.
• Identified opportunity to grow US business through expanded Licensed product offer in line with overall company goals.

• Managed a team of 3 across Candles & Home Accessories as Senior AM delivering on department strategy of 20% option reduction while maintaining LFL sales growth.
• In early 2023 I moved to Menswear to assist in my development to Merchandiser, working on Shirts. Embedding a tran-seasonal strategy across a new product area, while reporting directly into Merchandise Director, delivering the highest LFL growth on Shirts in a SS season.

During my time as a Trainee Merchandiser at Primark, working across Seasonal Gifting & Home, I gained valuable experience in learning the fundamentals of merchandising operations. I supported the team in various tasks related to range planning, stock management, sales analysis & option planning.

• Additionally, I actively participated in promotional campaigns including the introduction of Christmas Gifting, driving incremental sales of £30m in Christmas 2019.
