As a trainee teacher, I work under the supervision of my mentor. Fulfilling the teacher’s daily duties. and responsibilities, while also taking on additional tasks to further develop my skills and knowledge in the field of education. I am mainly responsible for planning and delivering KS3 French/Spanish and French KS4 lessons in a captivating and efficient way, employing a range of pedagogical approaches to cater to diverse learning preferences and capabilities in reading, writing, listening, speaking, and translation. Cater to the requirements of the national curriculum. Adapting instruction and tasks to accommodate all pupils and guaranteeing their successful achievement of the learning objectives. I was also responsible for establishing and enforcing students’ positive behaviour and keeping a safe and conducive learning environment. I did evaluate students learning and progress in different forms of assessment, providing students with feedback on their work. As a trainee, I proposed a French club, and the head of the Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) department approved my request. I organise a weekly session every Wednesday.
I actively participate in a variety of school activities on a regular basis, including offering assistance at events such as parent evening, option day, departmental meetings, school meetings, assemblies, and more. My daily responsibilities are numerous and ever-changing, with a focus on promoting student success.

During the Easter and summer holidays, I work at a school with students aged 4 to 13. My primary tasks include supervising the children both indoors and outdoors, ensuring everyone is happy, and participating in some aspects of play, activities such as art, crafts, games, and even conversation. It is also part of my work to always maintain the safety of children and adults, as well as to plan activities and encourage children to participate optionally throughout the day.
Meeting and greeting parents and providing comments on their children's day. I also make snacks and go on trips with them. In summary, it's all about providing a safe and comfortable environment for young people, not only to keep them active, but I to enable them to make friends, learn, and acquire new skills. Every day, I offer a variety of activities.

I used to pick students from the classroom or playground, depending on the time and weather, and transport them to the dining room after they had been assigned a place. Then make them queue for lunch. My responsibilities also include aiding young people with any challenges they may be experiencing while their instructors are on break, facilitating play, and reporting any incidences that occur. After lunch, I cleaned and tidied the hall.
