Firstly, in relation to professional commitment, the ethos of professional development at my current school is such that all teaching staff are actively encouraged to observe and support one another´s practice and suggest next steps in line with professional standards.   • My passion for teaching and fostering a positive learning environment drives me to excel in this role. During my teaching career, to improve my pedagogical approach I undertook and participated in different professional development courses. For example, I was a part of differentiation reading group with teachers in the early, first and second level, which has provided me with invaluable experience of differentiating lessons to meet the needs of different groups and individuals of different abilities.
  • To develop my continuous professional development, I actively participate in workshops, conferences, and online courses to stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies. For instance, to increase my knowledge in this area, I also undertook several courses such as Inclusive Teaching, Good Practice in Autism Education or Additional Support for Learning.
